山东某金矿通风系统优化设计

摘要: 对山东某金矿的通风系统现状进行了调查和评价,针对该矿通风系统存在的矿井总风量不足、通风井巷工程欠缺、中段风量分配不合理等问题,运用通风网络优化技术、机站优化技术以及风机优选技术开展了系统研究,拟定了3种可行的通风优化方案。经过方案技术经济比选,确定选用将新掘53#线风井作为回风井,形成单翼对角抽出式通风格局的方案。通过Ventsim三维通风动态仿真模拟软件解算,结果表明:通风系统优化后,矿井总风量能达到47.53m3/s,主扇风机工作效率为85%,减少了日常通风管理人员,降低了通风管理的劳动强度,提高了劳动生产率,取得了较理想的经济效益。

Abstract: The status of the ventilation system of a gold mine in Shandong Province is investigated and evaluated,the problems such as unsufficient of mine overall air volume,lacking of ventilation shaft engineering and improper distribution of air volume of middle sections.In order to solve the above problems,the systematic optimization study of the ventilation system of the mine is done by using ventilation network optimization technique,machine station optimization technique and ventilation fan optimization and selection technique,and three ventilation system optimization schemes are proposed.By comparative analysis of the ventilation system optimization schemes,the scheme that is taking the ventilating shaft newly digged in 54# line,so as to form the single wing diagonal extraction ventilation pattern is selected as the optimal one.The threedimensional ventilation dynamic simulation software Ventsim is adopted to calculate the ventilation network optimized by the new scheme.The results show that after the optimization of the ventilation system,the overall air volume can be reached to 47.53 m3/s,the working efficiency of the main fan is 85%,the number of ventilation managers is decreased,the labor intensity of ventilation management is reduced,the labor productivity is improved,besides that,the ideal economic benefits can be obtained.
