摘要: 内蒙古某矿根据原矿性质,通过对阶段磨矿—弱磁—强磁—反浮选和阶段磨矿—弱磁—螺旋溜槽—强磁—反浮选两个流程进行对比分析、研究,并结合选矿厂设计的相关经验确定了该类型铁矿的原则工艺流程及相关工艺参数,并提出了相应的设计建议。

Abstract: A Mine in Inner Mongolia according to original nature of ore,via stage grindinglow intensity magnetic separationhigh intensity magnetic separationreverse flotation and stage grindinglow intensity magnetic separationspiral chutehigh intensity magnetic separationreverse flotation two process comparison and study,and combined with design experience to determine this type mine's principle process and related process parameters,corresponding design suggestions are put forward.
