深部动压影响软底巷道底鼓机理及控制措施

摘要: 以蒋家河煤矿回风大巷为例,采用现场实测和工业试验方法分析得出巷道在围岩特性、地应力、水理性、邻近工作面采动影响和现行支护结构5个因素诱导下发生复合型底鼓,底板岩性和水理性是巷道底鼓的本质原因,通过实施全断面预应力注浆综合加固方案,有效控制巷道围岩破坏变形。

Abstract: Taking the return air roadway of Jiangjiahe coal mine as the study example,the in-situ measure method and industrial test method are adopted to analyze the cause of the floor heave,the analysis results show that the compound floor heave is produced under the influence of surrounding rock characteristics,in-situ stress, hydraulic nature,mining influence of nearby working face and supporting structure,the rock characteristics and hydraulic nature of the roadway floor are the essential influence factors of the roadway floor heave.Based on the above analysis results, the prestressed grouting comprehensive reinforcement scheme in whole section is proposed,the failure strain of roadway surrounding rock is controlled effectively.
