上向水平进路分层膏体充填采矿法在谦比希铜矿的应用

摘要: 介绍了谦比希铜矿西矿体厚大矿体回采方案和膏体充填系统,运用自立强度计算方法论证了膏体充填强度的适用性,引入小断面控制爆破技术有效控制了爆破震动对充填体的破坏。上向水平进路分层膏体充填采矿法成功应用,回采率提高至75%~80%,贫化率控制在6%,采切比降低至90~100 m3/kt,实现了采场的安全高效回采。

Abstract: The stoping scheme and paste filling system of the large and thick ore-bodies of the west ore-bodies in Chambishi copper mine are analyzed, the applicability of the paste filling strength is testified by adopting the independent intensity computation method, the destruction of blasting vibration to filling bodies is controlled effectively by using the controlled blasting technique with small section. The application results of the upward horizontal drift hierarchical paste filling mining method show that the recovery rate is improved to 75%~80%, the dilution rate is controlled to 6%,the stripping ratio is lowered to 90~100 m3/kt, therefore, the safe stopping with high efficient of the stope in Chambishi copper mine is realized.
