安徽某高硫金矿选矿试验

摘要: 安徽某含砷高硫低品位金矿石,有价元素为金和硫,为了合理开发利用该矿产资源,试验采用抑硫浮金工艺流程进行选矿试验研究。试验选取石灰作为硫化物抑制剂,以丁基黄药和丁铵黑药组合药剂为捕收剂,在磨矿细度为-0.074 mm 75%的条件下,通过1次粗选、3次精选和2次扫选,最终获得了金精矿品位为25.32 g/t、金回收率为68.52%的满意指标。

Abstract: Valuable elements of arsenic contain high sulfur and low grade gold ore from Anhui is gold and sulfur. In order to rationally develop and utilize the mineral resources, beneficiation test using sulfur suppression gold floating process was conducted. Using lime as sulfide inhibitor, butyl xanthate and butyl ammonium aerofloat combination reagent as collector, on grinding fineness of -0.074 mm 75%, by one roughing-three cleaning-two scavenging process, gold concentrate with 25.32 g/t Au, gold recovery of 68.52% satisfaction index was eventually obtained.
