摘要: 以多头凹槽螺旋钻杆为研究对象,详细介绍了钻杆的研制过程,分析了多头凹槽螺旋钻杆的排渣机理,简述了钻杆的强度计算与校核。通过现场工业试验,改进凹槽螺旋钻杆的凹槽结构与接头的加工工艺,提高了多头凹槽螺旋钻杆工作的可靠性。

Abstract: Taking the multiple groove helix drilling rod as the study example,the development process of drilling rod is analyzed in detail,the slagging discharging mechanism of multiple groove helix drilling rod is analyzed,the strength calculate and check method of the multiple groove helix drilling rod is discussed.The groove structure and processing technique of the joint are improved by conducting the site industrial test,the reliability of the drilling rod is improved.
