围岩新型注浆加固技术在成庄煤矿的应用研究

摘要: 针对晋煤集团成庄煤矿2319综放工作面巷道围岩破碎的具体情况,分析了破碎原因和破碎范围,使用2ZBQ型气动注浆泵对23191巷两帮进行了注浆加固。为保证注浆加固效果,采用了分层分区注浆技术,对同一钻孔的浅部和深部分别进行浅孔低压、深孔高压相结合的注浆加固工艺,形成了一套适用于该煤矿的新型注浆加固工艺,通过钻孔窥视镜及注浆后片帮煤块中浆液分布情况的观察分析,该技术满足了破碎围岩注浆加固的要求,效果显著。

Abstract: According to the specific situations of the roadway surrounding rock broken of 2319 fully mechanized caving face of Chengzhuang coal mine of Jincheng coal mining group,the broken reasons and scopes are analyzed,the 2ZBQ type pneumatic grouting pump is adopted to conduct grouting reinforcement on the two sides of 23191 roadway.In order to ensure the effects of grouting reinforcement,the hierarchical partitioning grouting technique is adopted to conduct grouting reinforcement that combining with shallow hole low pressure and deep hole high pressure on the shallow and deep of the same borehole,so the process and technology of grouting reinforcement that is appropriate for Chengzhuang coal mine are formed.The observation analysis results of the looking-glasses of borehole and seriflux distribution situations in wall caving coal briquette after grouting show that,the technique proposed in this paper can meet the requirements of grouting reinforcement of the broken surrounding rocks and the good effects are obtained.
