巷道式采空区上行开采安全性分析

摘要: 根据山西某煤矿8#煤层的开采情况,采用理论分析法对其巷道式采空区煤柱的稳定性,垮落带及裂隙带的高度进行分析。结果表明,8#煤层的煤柱虽然变形较大但不会整体坍塌,且5#煤层位于8#煤层裂隙带内;采用UDEC软件模拟计算了5#煤层顶板在不同条件下的变形情况,煤层总的沉降值较小,引起的倾斜也较小。根据上述研究成果,成功地进行了巷道式采空区上部5#煤层的回采。

Abstract: According to the mining situation of 8# coal seam,the stability of coal pillar and the height of the caving zone and fractured zone of the type of roadway mined-out area are analyzed by adopting theoretical analysis method. The anlaysis results show that, although the deformation of the coal pillar of 8# coal seam is large but it will not collapsed integrally, besides that, the 5# coal seam is located in the fracture zone of 8# coal seam. The deformation situation of 8# coal seam roof under different conditions are simulated and calculated by adopting the UDED software, the results show that, the total settlement value of coal seam is small and the tilt is small too. According to the above research results, 5# coal seam of the upper of the type of roadway mined-out area is mined successfully, and it has some guidance role to the similar coal seam working face.
