老厂锡粗精矿伴生钨硫的综合回收试验

摘要: 分析了云锡老厂锡粗精矿中钨硫矿物的特点、钨物相、钨矿物解离等情况,重点对锡粗精矿进行了硫钨浮选试验。结果表明,锡粗精矿经闭路磨矿、1粗2扫1精浮硫、1粗3扫2精常温浮钨的闭路流程处理,可获得硫品位为35.78%、硫回收率为96.36%的硫精矿,WO3品位为5.02%、WO3回收率为50.19%的钨精矿,以及锡品位为29.28%、锡回收率为96.42%的锡精矿。

Abstract: Distribution characteristic of tungsten and sulfur, phase and liberation of tungsten mineral in rough tin concentrate from Yunxi old plant was studied. The results show that with closed grinding operation, sulfur flotation of one roughing, one cleaning, two scavenging, and tungsten flotation of one roughing, two cleaning, three scavenging process, sulfur concentrate with 35.78% grade and 96.36% recovery, tungsten concentrate with 5.02% WO3 grade and 50.19% recovery, and tin concentrate with 29.28% grade and 96.42% recovery was achieved.
