基于Ventsim软件的深井高温矿床通风降温模拟

摘要: 以泥河铁矿的深井高温矿床为例,采用Ventsim三维通风软件对井下人员活动集中地点的温度分布情况进行模拟计算,结果表明:5—10月份的井下作业温度超过规范要求的极限值,需要采用人工制冷降温措施。对人工制冷效果的模拟结果显示,采用人工制冷降温措施后,井下作业温度大部分能满足规范要求;为了降低生产成本,9—10月份降低制冷设备的功率亦能满足规范要求。

Abstract: Taking the Nihe iron ore as the research example, the Ventsim 3D ventilation software is adopted to simulation calculation on the temperature distribution situation of mine personnel activities centralized locations. The simulation results show that, the deep well operation temperature from May to October in every year are more than the limit values of some relative regulations. The simulation results of the artificial refrigeration effects show that, most of the deep well temperature can meet the requirements of some relative regulations by taking the artificial refrigeration steps. In order to reduce the production costs, the power refrigeration equipment can also meet the requirements of some relative regulations under the conditions of reducing the power of the refrigeration equipments from September to October.
