摘要: 概述了采空区灾害的风险评价体系,将采空区风险评价内容分解为危险性评价和易损性评价2个部分。借助模糊数学分析法定量分析了采空区危险性,通过对采空区灾害可能导致的损失情况进行分析,构建了采空区灾害社会经济易损度分级体系,得出了采空区灾害的风险指数,建立了采空区灾害的风险评估框架,实现了对采空区灾害的风险分级。

Abstract: The risk eassessment syetem of mined-out area hazards is discussed in brief, the contents of risk assessment of mined-out area is divided into risk assessment and vulnerability assessment. The risk of mined-out area is quantitative analyzed by adopting the fuzzy mathematical analysis method. According to the analysis results of damage situation that may be caused by the risk of mined-out area, the grading system of social economic vulnerability degree of mined-out area is build and the risk index of mined-out area hazards is obtained, therefore, the risk assessment framework of mined-out area hazards is established and risk grading of mined-out area hazards is realized successfully.
