露天转地下开采过渡期增产衔接技术研究

摘要: 针对常规方法较难实现露天转地下开采过渡期增产衔接的问题,以小汪沟铁矿露天转地下开采为例,采用诱导岩体自然冒落形成覆盖层的方法,缩小了露天与地下生产的相互影响范围,延长了露天与地下同时生产的时间。通过优选露天与地下开采工艺,按便于矿石回采和效益最大化原则确定露采最终境界,并采取措施加快地下采矿进程,实现了露天转地下开采过渡期产量的逐年大幅度递增。

关键词: 露天转地下, 过渡期, 覆盖层, 境界优选

Abstract: It is difficult to realize increasing production of transition period from open-pit to underground mining by conventional method.So,taking Xiaowanggou iron mine as an example,a new method that forming overburden layers by induced caving is proposed so as to reduce mutual influence scope of open-pit and underground mining and extend the time of open-pit and underground mining.Through optimizing open-pit and underground mining technologies,the ultimate boundary is designed according to the principle of convenience for exploiting and benefit maximization.Besides that,some relative measures are taken to accelerate the underground mining process and realize the goal of transition period production of open-pit to underground mining is increased greatly year by year.
