高浓度全尾砂结构流胶结充填材料试验研究

摘要: 对中钢集团山东矿业有限公司进行了充填材料试验研究,以确定合理的充填料浆制备输送参数及充填料配比,实现高浓度尾砂结构流胶结充填工艺。研究结果表明:该公司采场充填尾砂粒级分布较好、级配较均匀,尾砂沉降速度较快;水泥-尾砂充填料浆制备输送浓度为68%~72%时的管道流动输送性能较好,保水性能良好,基本不产生离析、沉降等不良现象;不同灰砂比的充填试块凝固硬化正常,后期强度增长稳定,试块强度总体较好,在一定条件下,多加水泥提高料浆浓度有利于充填体强度的提高。

Abstract: The filling material experimental research is conducted so as to obtain the reasonable filling pulp conveying parameters and proportion of filling materials. The research results indicated that, graded distribution of the stope backfilling materials is good, grading of the stope backfilling materials is uniform and the backfilling setting velocity is fast. When the concentration of the cement-tailings slurry backfilling materials is 68%~72%, good performance of pipe flow transmission and water retention are obtained, bad phenomenons such as segregation and settlement are eliminated.Hardening of solidification situations of different cement-tailings contrast filling blocks are normal, strength of filling blocks is improved steadily. On the whole,the strength of filling blocks are good, the concentration of the slurry can be improved by adding the cement so as to improved the strength of filling bodies.
