摘要: 张家洼铁矿尾砂输送及1#矿体充填站设计采用了成熟可靠的仪器仪表和先进的控制方法,并利用Profibus DP总线和无线通讯技术,成功将充填站、隔膜泵房以及的阀门房集成进行统一监控与操作,实现了高度的自动化操作。该项目的成功实施大大减轻了工人的劳动强度,并保证高浓度充填料浆的制备和充填效果,降低了充填成本。

Abstract: The system of tailings transportation and 1# orebody filling station are designed by adopting of the mature and reliable instrumentation and advanced control method.The filling station,diaphragm pump room,valve room are integrated to monitor and operate uniformly,so as to achieve the high degree of automation by profibus DP and wireless communication technology.It is concluded that the above research results can reduce the labor intensity of workers and the filling cost,besides that,it also can improve the quality of the high concentration of filling slurry to obtain good filling effect.
