耐低温捕收剂BK425在某高镁胶磷矿中的应用

Application of Low-temperature Resistant BK425 Collector in a High-magnesia Collophane

摘要: 应用耐低温捕收剂BK425对某高镁胶磷矿进行了反浮选降镁试验研究,并与常规捕收剂进行了对比。在其他条件一定的情况下,考察了磨矿细度、硫酸用量、BK425用量、温度对降镁效果的影响。试验结果表明:BK425反浮选降镁的浮选性能最佳且受温度影响较小,是一种应用前景广阔的捕收剂。在磨矿细度为-0.074 mm 70%、BK425用量为600 g/t、硫酸作为调整剂的酸性条件下,经过1次粗选、1次精选和1次扫选的闭路浮选流程,可获得P2O5品位为28.76%、MgO品位为1.17%,P2O5回收率为91.78%的磷精矿。

Abstract: Research on application, comparing with the conventional collector, of low temperature resistant BK425 collector in reverse flotation of high-magnesia cellophane for magnesium reduction was carried out. The grinding fineness, dosage of sulfuric acid, dosage of BK425, temperature, etc. on the influence of magnesium reduction was researched with fixed additional conditions. The results showed that BK425, has the best performance on reverse flotation of magnesium reduction and scarcely affected by temperature, is a promising collector. Phosphorus concentration, with P2O5 grade of 28.76%, P2O5 recovery of 91.78%, MgO content of 1.17% can received through one rough, one cleaning, and one scavenge closed-circuit flotation process, with the grinding fineness of 70% passing 0.074 mm, BK425 dosage of 600 g/t, sulfuric acid as regulator.
