苏丹某铬铁矿选矿工艺试验

摘要: 以苏丹某低品位铬铁矿为研究对象,在工艺矿物学研究的基础上,针对铬铁矿的特点进行了单一磁选、单一重选、重选—磁选联合3种选矿工艺流程的对比试验研究。研究结果表明:螺旋溜槽抛尾—摇床精选工艺流程较为合理,可获得Cr2O3品位为48.73%,回收率为86.90%的铬精矿,且此流程占地面积省、生产成本低,是苏丹某铬铁矿开发利用的可行性技术方案。

Abstract: The contrast of single magnetic separation, single gravity separation, magnetic-gravity separation was conducted with a low-grade chromite, in Sudan, based on the research process of mineralogy. Its rationable to choose spiral chute for discarding-shaking table for concentration, the concentrate of Cr2O3 grade is 52.20%, recovery is 87.80% was chieved, forevermore this process needs less area and has low production costs, is a feasibility technical solution for dealing with this type of ores.
