硅灰优化矿井巷道喷射混凝土的应用研究

摘要: 采用硅灰对矿井巷道喷射混凝土进行了优化,其工艺流程为:确定硅灰掺量为水泥质量的5%,采用水料比为0.50的硅灰水溶液,将碎石表面润湿,润湿后的碎石先与水泥拌合,再与砂子拌合。现场测试结果表明:回弹率下降了约1/3,粉尘浓度减小的幅度在20%~48%,28 d抗压强度提高了约30%。通过优化,不仅降低了回弹,减小了粉尘,而且使混凝土抗压强度增大,对矿井巷道喷射混凝土的优化具有较好的指导意义。

Abstract: Spray concrete for mine laneway was optimized with silica fume, while its process was as following: the content of silica fume was determined to 5% of quality of cement, silica fume solution of ratio of water to material 0.50 adopted to wet surface of crushed stone, then wet crushed stone mixed with cement first, then with sand. The site test result indicates that the rate of rebound decreases by one-third around, reduce range of dust concentration is between 20%~48%, compressive strength at 28 days increases 30% around. Through optimization, not only the spring-back and dust decrease, but also compressive strength of concrete improves. It has good guidance for the optimization of spray concrete for mine laneway.
