某铅锌矿全尾砂膏体胶结充填料配比实验研究

摘要: 云南某铅锌矿一直采用嗣后干式充填的房柱法回采,由于接顶不理想,形成大面积的采空区,对深部矿体的回采和矿柱的回收产生了较大的影响,另外地表尾砂堆置对环境影响较大,为满足采空区对充填体不同的强度要求和实现绿色开采,需开展全尾砂膏体胶结充填料配比实验研究。从全尾砂充填料的物理化学性能入手,测量充填料浆的坍落度并分析其流变性能以确定实验重量浓度范围,制备充填体试块,测量其3、7、14、28 d强度,分析膏体充填料的初凝强度、长期强度和固结性能。通过对充填料流变性能和强度性能的分析,得到了不同用途的灰砂比和充填料配比。

Abstract: Room-pillar mining method of afterwards dry-filling has been adopted at a lead-zinc mine in Yunnan province. Because of non-ideal top filling, large goaf has formed and produces big effects on stoping of deep orebody and recovery of pillar, meanwhile stacking of tailings on the ground has a great influence on the environment. To meet the different intensity requirement of filling for goaf and realize green mining, experimental study on proportion of paste-tailings cement filling materials is needed. Started from mechanical behavior of whole tailings filling materials, slumps of backfill pulp was measured and rheological property analyzed to confirm the experimental weight concentration range then to prepare filling test block, measured its 3, 7, 14, 28d intensity. The initial setting intensity, long-term intensity and consolidation performance of paste filling material were analyzed. Through analysis of rheological property and strength performance of filling material, cement-sand ratio and filling material proportion for different purpose were obtained.
