摘要: 胶结材料是矿山尾矿胶结充填工艺中料浆配制设计的核心,它既是决定充填体强度的关键指标,又是影响工艺成本的最重要因素。针对传统尾矿胶凝材料存在用量大、成本高及性能差等问题,探讨以高炉水淬渣及其激发剂为原料,开发低成本、性能优良的新型胶结材料。

关键词: 矿渣, 胶凝材料, 激发剂, 正交试验

Abstract: Cementing material is the core of slurry preparation and design in mine tailings cementing filling technology. It's not only the key index which decides backfill strength, but also the most important factor to technological cost. According to the problems like large consumption, high cost and poor performance existed in traditional tailings cementing material, blast furnace slag and its activator as the raw material were discussed, and new cementitious materials with low cost and good performance is developed.
