摘要: 湖北某铁矿为绿泥石型磁铁矿,该铁矿嵌布粒度微细,品位仅为12.69%,使用单一磁选方法铁精矿品位很难达到60%以上。通过对该磁铁矿进行阶段磨矿—弱磁选—反浮选流程试验,得到了品位为63.72%,回收率为42.48%的铁精矿,为开发利用该种类型的铁矿资源提供了参考依据。

Abstract: The iron ore in Hubei province is chlorite type magnetite ore, dissemination size of this iron ore is fine and grade is only 12.69%,iron concentrate grade is hard above 60% by using single magnetic separation method. Through experiment of stage grinding-low intensity magnetic separation-reverse flotation process was done on this magnetite, iron concentrate of grade 63.72% and recovery rate 42.48% were obtained, provided reference for development and utilization of this kind of iron ore resource.
