某硫酸渣综合回收金、铁试验

摘要: 针对某硫酸渣综合回收利用进行了试验。试验结果表明,采用水洗预处理—氰化浸出—浸渣磁选的联合流程为最佳流程。金的浸出率可达41%,并可得到铁品位为60.90%,铁回收率为79.44%的合格铁精矿,指标较为理想,实现了资源的综合回收利用。

Abstract: Experiment of a pyrite cinder comprehensive recovery and utilization was done. The result indicated, combine process of water-washing pre-treatment—cyanide leaching—leaching residue magnetic separation was the best to adopt. Leaching rate of gold could reach to 41%,qualified iron concentrate of grade 60.90% and iron recovery rate 79.44% could obtained, indexes were ideal, comprehensive recovery and utilization of resources were realized.
