基于FLAC3D的条带开采煤柱稳定性分析

摘要: 为研究不同采出率开采条件下条带开采煤柱的稳定性及对地表的影响,采用了FLAC3D和Tecplot数值模拟软件,对不同采留宽条带煤柱的竖直应力分布和地表最大下沉值进行研究。结果表明:随着采出率的增加,煤柱单位面积所支撑的压力成线性增大;在煤柱的边缘形成应力的集中区,其应力等值线的形状呈马鞍形—平台形—拱形的变化,平台形可以看成煤柱从稳定向失稳过度的标志和临界点;根据模拟计算结果,建立了地表最大下沉值与条带开采回采率之间的关系式及最大竖直应力与采出率之间的关系式,为今后相关计算提供了科学依据。

Abstract: To study the stability of strip mining coal pillar and influence to surface under the condition of different recovery coefficient,numerical simulation software FLAC3D and Tecplot were adopted, vertical stress distribution of different mining and pillar width strip  coal pillar and maximum surface subsidence were studied. The results indicated: sustentive pressure of coal pillar per unit area presented linear increase with the increase of recovery coefficient; shape of stress isoline of stress concentration area at edge of coal pillar presented changes from saddle to platform shaped than arched, platform shaped could be judged as the mark and critical point from stability to instability of coal pillar; formula between maximum surface subsidence and strip mining stoping rate and formula between maximum vertical stress and recovery coefficient were established based on simulation calculation results, provided scientific basis for relative calculation in future.
