摘要: 德兴铜矿泗洲选矿厂目前的浮选工艺为铜硫混合浮选,钼在选铜精选段受石灰的影响损失很大,钼回收率一直在50%左右。研究通过引入“选铜前优先选钼”新工艺,并应用新型高效钼捕收剂MBF-103,成功实现一段磨矿条件下钼的优先浮选,大大提高了钼的回收率。

Abstract: The flotation technic of sizhou concentrtor is copper-molybdenum bulk floration at present. The recovery rate of molybdenum only got around 50% because of the effect of the lime.By bringing into the process of  priority selecting copper before molybdenum and adding MBF-103 collector, relized the priority selecting molybdenum at first stage, and improved the recovery rate of molybdenum.
