硅藻土复合纤维改性沥青微观机理研究

摘要: 以不同掺量的硅藻土复合纤维制备改性沥青,通过红外光谱和差示扫描量热法对基质沥青及改性沥青的微观结构进行分析,研究其改性机理。研究结果表明,改性剂与基质沥青没有发生化学反应,改性剂在沥青中均匀分散,选择性的吸附沥青中的组分,使沥青的胶体结构重新调整,沥青中部分组分的存在形式及数量发生变化,这些变化使沥青的微观结构改变,导致改性沥青的聚集态发生转变的组分数量减小,温度稳定性明显提高。硅藻土复合纤维改性沥青的过程是一个沥青自身微观结构改善的物理镶嵌共混过程。

Abstract: The modified asphalt was prepared by adding different mixing amounts of diatomite-cellulose composite fiber.In order to research the modified mechanism,the microstructure of matrix asphalt and DCCF modified asphalt was analyzed by FT-IR and DSC.The results showed that there was no chemical reaction between DCCF and matrix asphalt.The DCCF uniformly dispersed in the asphalt,and selectively adsorbed components of asphalt,making the colloform texture of asphalt retuned,the form and quantity of some components in asphalt changed.These changes altered the microstructure of asphalt and decreased amount of the congeries state.Thus the temperature susceptibility of the DCCF-modified asphalt was improved obviously.DCCF modifying asphalt was a physical enchase blending process,during which the microstructure of asphalt was improved.
