某复杂铜镍硫化矿选矿试验

摘要: 针对新疆某复杂铜镍硫化矿进行了铜、镍回收的试验研究。通过预先浮选滑石—铜镍混选—铜镍分离工艺和铜镍混选—铜镍分离工艺对比试验,最终确定采用铜镍混选—铜镍分离工艺流程回收铜和镍。实验室闭路试验获得指标:铜精矿含铜20.19%,含镍0.75%,铜回收率66.09%;镍精矿含镍6.36%,含铜0.95%,镍回收率80.43%。

Abstract: Experimental research on a complex copper-nickel ore in Xinjiang has been done to recovery copper and nickel.Comparison tests for removing talc in advance-bulk flotation of Cu and Ni-separating Cu and Ni flowsheet and bulk flotation of Cu and Ni-separating Cu and Ni flowsheet were done.The bulk flotation of Cu and Ni-separating Cu and Ni flowsheet was used to recovery coper and nickel.The results of closed-circuit tests were as followings:copper concentrate containing 20.19% of Cu and 0.75% of Ni with copper recovery 66.09% ,and nickel concentrate containing 6.36% of Ni and 0.95% of Cu with nickel recovery 80.43%.
