Fluid Mechanics Analysis and Velocity Calculation of Filling Slurry Pipeline Transportation

摘要: 随着社会的发展和科学技术的进步,充填采矿法逐渐成为金属矿床地下开采的主要采矿方法。其充填方法有水力充填、高浓度充填、膏体充填等。对充填管道输送中充填料浆的运动状态和流变特征进行分析,介绍了料浆输送临界流速的几种计算公式。

Abstract: With the development of society and the progress of science and technology, filling mining method has gradually become the main mining method on metal deposits in underground mining. There are several kinds of filling methods such as hydraulic filling, high density filling, paste filling and so on. Motion state and rheological characteristics of filling slurry in filling pipeline transportation are analyzed, and several calculation formulas of critical velocity about slurry pipeline transport are introduced.
